New works by Urs Fischer at Frieze London 2018, including large-scale triptychs made by hand using a digital substrate, then silkscreened onto aluminum panels. Evolving from the nine-part painting Sōtatsu (2018), exhibited earlier that year at Gagosian, New York, these transformational tableaux suggest a visual realm where reality and abstraction coexist.
